The junior/family class focuses on helping children ages 6 thru 16 develop coordination and self esteem through proper martial arts training.  A proper uniform is required to attend class.  If you do not have a complete uniform, consult with the head instructor to see if you can particiapte.  Proper uniform means all patches sewn on the uniform correctly, the uniform is neat and clean, appropriate belt, clean hands with trimmed, clean finger nails and a positive attitude!

Keeping your finger and toe nails neat and trimmed is essential to prevent injury during training as some techniques require interaction between students.

Junior/Family class runs from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
