Class schedules are as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Family Class 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM
- Adult Class 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM
Each class consists of a warmup with light stretching and calisthenics followed by the basic techniques. From there either Kata, Sparring or Self-Defense training will begin. Proper technique is the foundation for all aspects of training in the PaSaRyu system, the basic movements are continually practiced so the student can continue to improve.
